JLN SOLUTIONS takes the protection of your personal data very seriously. This policy explains what data we collect on this website, why, how long we keep it and how to exercise your rights, in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and the French Data Protection Act (loi Informatique et Libertés).

02Data collected

We only collect the data you choose to send us through the contact and quote form:

• your name and, where applicable, your company;
• your email address and phone number;
• the model you are interested in, the type of project, the quantity and the content of your message.

No data is collected without your knowledge. Required fields are marked; without them, we cannot reply to your request.

03Purposes and legal bases

• Replying to your contact and quote requests: pre-contractual steps taken at your request (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR).
• Commercial follow-up of your project and order: performance of the contract or the legitimate interest of JLN SOLUTIONS(Art. 6(1)(b) and 6(1)(f) GDPR).

Your data is never sold or used by third parties for marketing purposes.

04Recipients

Your data is intended solely for the teams at JLN SOLUTIONS. It may be shared with:

• Web3Forms, the contact form delivery service, which forwards your message to our mailbox, acting as a processor;
• our partners (in particular Anjoy-IT for the software side), only where necessary to deliver your project and with your consent;
• the website host, OVH SAS (Roubaix, France), for the technical needs of running the website.

Where any of these providers processes data outside the European Union, the transfer is covered by the safeguards provided for by the GDPR (European Commission standard contractual clauses or an adequacy decision).

05Retention period

• Contact and quote requests that do not lead to an order: 3 years from the last exchange.
• Customer data: for the whole business relationship, then archived for the applicable legal periods.

06Cookies and trackers

This website uses no advertising cookies and no analytics tools. Fonts are hosted on our own server: no data is sent to third-party services while you browse.

On your first visit, a banner lets you accept or reject non-essential trackers. Your choice is stored in your browser for 6 months, after which you are asked again. If we ever add an analytics tool, it will only be enabled with your consent. You can change your choice at any time using the “Manage cookies” link at the bottom of every page.

The website assistant keeps your conversation in your browser’s session storage so that you can pick it up again from page to page. This information stays on your device, is not sent to us and is deleted when you close the tab.

07Your rights

Under the GDPR, you have the following rights over your data:

• the right of access, rectification and erasure;
• the right to restrict processing and the right to object;
• the right to data portability;
• the right to give instructions on what happens to your data after your death.

If, after contacting us, you consider that your rights have not been respected, you can lodge a complaint with the CNIL, the French data protection authority:www.cnil.fr.

08Security

The website is served over an encrypted connection (HTTPS). We implement appropriate technical and organisational measures to protect your data against loss, unauthorised access or disclosure.

This policy may be updated to reflect changes in the law or to the website. The date of the last update is shown at the top of this page.
